About Us

The Sandy Spruce is located in North Carleton, Prince Edward Island, on the shores of the warm waters of the Northumberland Strait.  Only ten minutes from Confederation Bridge, we are convenient to Summerside, Charlottetown and Cavendish. The cottage is tucked amongst a grove of spruce trees and the backyard overlooks the beach with spectacular views of the bridge and breathtaking sunsets.

Our three-bedroom cottage sleeps six and is appointed with updated appliances and furnishings.  It is located in a quiet neighborhood and boasts a wrap-around deck and grassy yard that overlook the water.

After exploring the island, relax on the deck and listen to the rhythm of the gentle waves.  The entire family will enjoy swimming and exploring in the warmest waters north of Virginia Beach!  Walk the sandy beach for hours, surrounded by gorgeous seascapes and landscapes.
