Our Policies

Deposits - Half of total rental rate is due upon confirmation with the balance due at least two weeks prior to your arrival date.

Refunds - Half the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Check-in time is 3PM on day of arrival and check-out time is 11AM on day of departure. 

Rates are subject to 10% PST. 

Cottage is rented from Saturday to Saturday only during July and August.

Pets are now welcome when accompanied by responsible owners.  Just ask.

No smoking allowed in the cottage.
